   • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when purchased, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Products should not be damaged, altered, or used in any way.
   • Please note that this policy applies to exchanges only, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Process
   
   • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will process the exchange within 1-5 business days upon receiving the returned item.
   • The item you are exchanging will be processed for a replacement or a product of equal value, depending on availability.
3. Return Shipping Fees
   
   • All shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our location.
